Casas+ Architects

Casas+ Architects is a Makati-based practice that traces its origins to Recio+Casas, a partnership formed in Hong Kong in October 1988 by architects Carmelo T. Casas and Jose Pedro Recio. The partnership opened a Philippine office and was later incorporated as Casas + Architects, Inc. in 2013, with Carmelo T. Casas as founder and chairman.

The firm helped define high-rise residential living in Metro Manila. Its landmark towers include Pacific Plaza Towers and Bellagio Towers, along with mixed-use and hospitality projects such as the Grand Hyatt Hotel and Residences and Resorts World.

While the practice leans toward vertical residential and large commercial work rather than detached houses, its long record in luxury living gives it a strong position in the high-end residential market.
