What they do

Jeco Construction is a family-owned, Metro Manila design-build firm established in 1990 by Engr. Jesse A. Cosme, a BS Civil Engineering graduate of the University of Santo Tomas who began his career at Pilipinas Shell and later managed mid- to high-rise construction in Saudi Arabia. The firm reports more than 50 private projects and 20 government contracts across residential, commercial and public work.

Jeco's defining shift came in 1996, when it introduced design-build services with a two-storey home in Bel-Air II Village, Makati. It markets a turnkey, single-point-of-contact model that folds design, engineering, construction and post-project maintenance under one roof, with service lines spanning townhouse development, architectural and allied design, design-and-build construction, pre-engineered metal buildings and maintenance.

Its residential portfolio includes the Versailles Alabang Residence, a two-storey home with basement in Alabang, and the Abrenica Residence, a three-storey home in Sampaloc, Manila, among homes the firm says range from compact 50-square-meter builds to 1,000-square-meter estates.
