What they do
Jim Caumeron Design is a Makati-based architecture and interior studio whose residential work centers on minimalist, light-filled homes conceived as monolithic white volumes. It favors restrained materiality, framed outdoor views and openings that drive natural ventilation and passive cooling, an approach suited to distinct houses on compact, budget-conscious lots.
The studio is led by architect Jim Caumeron and concentrates on single-family residences and their interiors.
Its best-known project is the Panorama House, a 200-square-meter weekend retreat completed in 2019 in a Tagaytay gated community, a white mass cut by two horizontal openings that connect the interior to the outdoors. Later homes include the Viewpoint House in Quezon City (2020) and the Through House in San Fernando, Pampanga (2024), with work featured on ArchDaily, designboom and Hypebeast.
